Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100 placed within Australia via mobiusdistilling.co Orders under $100 pay a $10 flat rate.
Standard shipping: Delivery within 5 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders placed prior to 11:30 AM are processed same business day. All orders placed after 11:30 AM are processed the following business day.
Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond Mobius Distilling Co.’s reasonable control.

All prices on the Mobius Distilling Co. website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Mobius Distilling Co. accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

By purchasing a product online from Mobius Distilling Co., you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Should you make an error when ordering online, Mobius Distilling Co. will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
